Training Plans

A training plan is a great way to add structure to your training and is certain to lead to progression and help you perform.

 

All training plans and support draw upon the coaching knowledge that I have gained through years of experience working with a variety of clients, as well as my own extensive personal experience of training for climbing. 

 

My plans are completely tailored to your needs, goals, lifestyle as well as available facilities and equipment. They are based on an initial benchmarking session to assess your current ability against your goals, and offer a complete, simple and realistic approach to training for climbing, using the latest scientific knowledge.

Level 1

 

Fingerboard

£60 / 12 weeks

- Remote home assessment and 30 minute 'goal setting' call

 

- 12 week plan tailored to goals and based on assessment 

- Fingerboard training plan, including conditioning and all fingerboard exercises for strength and endurance

- Can be supplemental, or instead of your normal training

Level 2

Complete Plan

£75 / 12 weeks

- Remote home assessment and 30 minute 'goal setting' call

 

- 12 week plan tailored to goals and based on assessment 

- Complete training plan, including fingerboard, climbing and conditioning sessions

- 1x monthly amendment to your plan for changes in facilities, priorities and goals

 

Level 3

Premium Plan

£45 / month
min. 3 months

- Remote home assessment and 1 hour 'goal setting' call

 

- Plan tailored to goals and based on assessment 

- Complete training plan, including fingerboard, climbing and conditioning sessions

- Unlimited amendments to your plan for any changes in facilities, priorities and goals

- 1x monthly catch up call

 

- 24/7 support for duration of plan

 

- 1x 3 hr in person coaching session every 3 months

 

PowerHour

I'm yours for an hour, where we can chat over the phone and cover any topic that will help you get better at climbing!
